CYPRUS CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT

The Cyprus Citizenship Passport by Investment Program is the fastest European Citizenship program with approval of Citizenship in 3 to 6 months. With the Cyprus passport you can live and work anywhere in Europe without having to ever reside in Cyprus.

The passport permits visa free access to 146 countries including the Schengen countries, Canada, United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong and Europe. You and your family will obtain an irrevocable dual citizenship and second passport. Applicants can qualify for Cyprus citizenship by investment by investing a minimum of 2 million Euro in residential properties (which also includes the permanent residence of the applicant worth 500,000 Euro) or 2.5 million Euro in commercial properties (package includes the applicant permanent residence worth at least 500,000 Euro).

With the Cyprus Citizenship Passport by Investment program, apart from the permanent residence of 500,000 Euro the applicant may sell the rest of the investment after a period of 3 years.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Cyprus is the third largest island in the Mediterranean Sea and is at the crossroads between Aisa, Africa and Europe. The main cities are Nicossia (capital), Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, Famagusta and Kyrenia. The official languages are Greek and Turkish but English is widely spoken. The population is approximately 1,172,458.
