Jennifer Harding-Marlin an attorney at JH Marlin, is a licensed citizenship by investment lawyer. Jennifer attended law school at McGill University before completing a legal education certificate at the Eugene Dupuch Law School in the Bahamas followed by a Master of Law at Edinburgh University. Her passion for the investor immigration started in law school while completing an international internship.
“I found myself falling in love with the Caribbean and interested in pursuing a career helping people with relocation and investment immigration matters. People do not choose the country where they are born. So many opportunities and limitations are placed on people because of their citizenship/country of birth. I wanted to find a way to work in the industry to help people live more globally, freely and access more opportunities. Citizenship by investment is often a great solution for clients’ needs.”
Jennifer started her business over 7 years ago and is licensed by the Financial Services and the Citizenship by Investment Unit. She deals directly with the citizenship by investment unit on behalf of clients. “Many clients trust us to do the very best to get them approved for citizenship and navigate the laws and integration in their new country of citizenship. With boots-on-the-ground, we are well positioned to help people locally.”
Jennifer has helped people from over 40 different countries, including South Africa, Australia, Syria, the United Arab Emirates, India, the United States, and many more.
“It’s very satisfying work. I love helping people achieve their business and personal goals. Citizenship by investment opens doors and can impact generations to come.”
She has had many notable clients including Heidi Chakos from Crypto Tips, Bitcoin ‘Jesus’ and Colin Talks Crypto amongst other investors.
Here is an interview she did:
Her predictions for the future include an increase in volume of persons considering relocation from their home country. “With political instability in many countries, increased cost of living and overall decreased satisfaction, we believe that many people will look to obtain a Plan B passport of a safe and secure country.”
