Greece introduced law 4146/2013 for non-EU citizens and their family members to obtain residency in Greece through investing in real estate. Non-EU citizens who own or purchase real estate in Greece at a value of which exceeds 250,000 EU will be entitled to a residence permit for 5 years which can be renewed indefinitely.
