GREECE RESIDENCY

Greece introduced law 4146/2013 for non-EU citizens and their family members to obtain residency in Greece through investing in real estate. Non-EU citizens who own or purchase real estate in Greece at a value of which exceeds 250,000 EU will be entitled to a residence permit for 5 years which can be renewed indefinitely. Greek residency offers the lowest cost option for residency in Europe. There is no minimum stay requirement for applicants to retain or renew the residence permits. Greece Residency.
